Join us for an exciting 4-week series of equine fun and learning, designed for children ages 7-12. Our camp welcomes kids of all experience levels—whether you’re a seasoned rider or a complete beginner, we have something special in store for you!
Weekly Schedule:
- October 25th - Introduction to Horses: Get to know our majestic friends! Learn about horse behavior, basic care, and what makes these animals so amazing.
- November 1st - Western Tack and Riding: Dive into the world of Western riding! Discover the unique tack used in Western disciplines and enjoy hands-on riding experiences.
- November 8th - English Tack and Riding: Explore English riding styles and equipment. Learn about the different tack and have fun riding with a focus on English techniques.
- November 15th - Equestrian Vaulting: Experience the thrill of equestrian vaulting! This dynamic sport combines gymnastics and riding, offering a fun way to build balance and coordination on horseback.
Throughout each session, we will engage in interactive and educational activities both on the ground and in the saddle. Our goal is to create a positive and enjoyable environment where children can learn about horse care, riding skills, and teamwork.

Please Note: While participation in all activities is encouraged, no activity is mandatory, and accommodations can be made upon request. Each activity concludes with a thorough discussion facilitated by our therapist to encourage reflection and processing of the experiences encountered. Rain or shine, excluding major thunderstorms, activities proceed as scheduled. Make up dates are only issued in the event of weather cancellation, not due to personal cancellations. Final decisions regarding weather conditions are made two hours before the group starts. Upon registration, participants will receive detailed information and required documentation from Alyssa Royce. Payment of $200.00 and all forms must be submitted by 10/22/24
